The Beer Mile. A mile, with a beer at every lap. Retired after Spencer Kulcsar made it look easy.
The Calendar
The loser stars in a real, printed, twelve-month calendar. Two exist: Commissioner Niemann's (the 2023 obligation), then Schwartz's (2024). The third is pending.
2026 +
The calendar continues, plus the punishment loser now also picks first in the following year's draft. See the current rule.

Since 2025, every regular-season week produces two decisions: the direct matchup plus a result against the league median score. Both decisions determine the season standings. Only the head-to-head result enters the permanent career record above.
